Rav4 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

This document sets out the rules and conditions governing the use of the rav4 platform. By using this platform, you agree to comply with all terms stated herein. Please read carefully before registering or making any transactions.

Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the rav4 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use this platform.

Rav4 is a service intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and above who are based in Malaysia. Use of the platform by anyone below this age is strictly prohibited. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the rav4 platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Creation & User Security

To access the full features of rav4, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, truthful, and complete information. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account. Attempting to register multiple accounts may result in the termination of all associated accounts.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. rav4 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account, whether with or without your knowledge.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the rav4 support team immediately at [email protected]. Immediate security measures will be taken to protect your account.

Information provided during registration must be accurate at all times. You are required to update your personal details whenever changes occur. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or closed without prior notice.

Account Requirements

  • Minimum age: 18 years
  • One account per individual
  • Registration information must be accurate
  • Password must be kept confidential
  • Identity verification may be required

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

Prohibited Conduct

  • Using automation software, bots, or cheating tools
  • Manipulating the betting or gaming system
  • Sharing your account with another person
  • Registering multiple accounts to abuse bonuses
  • Engaging in any illegal activities
  • Disrupting or damaging the platform's infrastructure

User Responsibilities

  • Complying with all platform rules and terms
  • Using the platform for lawful purposes only
  • Keeping account information up to date when necessary
  • Reporting any bugs or technical issues
  • Not misusing promotional offers or bonuses
  • Responsible for all activity on the account

Rav4 reserves the right to take action against any user found to be in breach of the above rules, including but not limited to temporary account suspension, permanent termination, or legal action as appropriate.

Payment & Transaction Information in MYR

All financial transactions on the rav4 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). rav4 accepts local payment methods including TNG eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other local banks via FPX. No foreign currency conversion is charged or required for Malaysian users.

Deposit

Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified by your chosen payment method. rav4 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment processors. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method and account type.

Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe set by the platform, subject to identity verification and applicable compliance requirements. rav4 reserves the right to request supporting documents for verification purposes before approving any withdrawal. All withdrawals are sent to the original payment method used for the deposit.

Suspicious Financial Activity

The rav4 platform complies with anti-money laundering procedures. Any transaction that appears suspicious will be investigated, and the relevant account may be suspended while the investigation is ongoing. Users are required to cooperate fully with any investigation process if requested.

Liability Limits & Disclaimer

The rav4 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. rav4 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the continued availability, accuracy, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

Rav4 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to financial losses incurred during betting or gaming activities.

Rav4 is not liable for any service disruptions arising from system maintenance, network outages, third-party failures, or circumstances beyond our control. We will endeavour to notify users of any anticipated scheduled downtime.

Betting and gaming outcomes are based on probability and random mechanisms. rav4 does not guarantee any winning outcome or return for any user.

Account Policy — Suspension & Termination

Rav4 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

  • Breach of any provision under these Terms & Conditions
  • Fraud, misrepresentation, or system manipulation
  • Misuse of bonus or promotional offers
  • Suspicious activity or activity related to money laundering
  • Requests from competent authorities
  • Violation of applicable local or international laws

Users whose accounts are terminated due to a breach of terms are not entitled to claim any balance associated with fraudulent activity. For terminations unrelated to fraud, legitimate funds will be returned in accordance with the established procedure.

Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

All content on the rav4 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, and software — is owned by or licensed to rav4. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without prior written permission from rav4.

These links are provided for convenience only. rav4 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Users are advised to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services they visit.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

Rav4 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia and any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
